A planted screen gives the home a distinct street presence
The brief
The Verdant Screen House explores a compact urban frontage through layered volumes, warm timber tones and a patterned screen. Planting softens the street edge, while recessed openings and balconies bring depth to the elevation.
These views study the facade from the front and along the street, showing how the screen, greenery and evening light shape its character.
Scope of Work
Architectural facade concept, exterior material direction and 3D visualisation across four elevation viewpoints.
VISUALISATIONS
Designer Thekedars
A fine geometric screen filters the upper level while textured surfaces and planted ledges give the facade a quieter rhythm. The changing viewpoints reveal its depth and the relationship between the entrance, balcony and street.
